okay, anyways, let me explain.. Kant believe that you are born w/ knowledge, and they are divided into categories, that he called a priori categories..
so, the main one the teacher was talking about was the cause & effect one..

an example: you touch a hot stove, and your hand gets burn, and you know that you will NOT touch it again, cuz you have the "cause & effect" knowledge in your mind.. it's like you know that the stove is hot, after the first time, so you're not going to touch it the second time, true?
